Rod Macqueen, AM
Advantage Line's co-founder and Chairman, Rod Macqueen, made his reputation as the highly successful coach of the Australian "Wallabies" Rugby Union side. So it is no surprise that our guiding principle is the same as that which took the Wallabies to victory in the 1999 World Cup.

As a respected designer with over forty years experience at senior management level in the Point of Purchase industry Rod brings "big picture" creativity to Advantage Line.

Frank Minnici
Frank has a strong background in sales and marketing at CEO & Senior Management levels, with over two decades of Point Of Purchase industry experience. Frank has led the commercial development of many innovative merchandising systems across a variety of categories.

Matt Clegg
Matt Clegg is Managing Director of Advantage Line, and is responsible for developing our client's business through strategic merchandising. Matt has over 20 years experience in senior marketing and management roles for a number of leading organisations including Arnott’s, TNT, Holiday Inn and Schwarzkopf.

Prior to joining Advantage Line, Matt led Ion Global’s e-marketing and CRM practice for 3 years. He has led consulting engagements for major international firms across Australasia and the US, and has significant experience in media, travel, retail and FMCG industry sectors.
Matt is one of only a handful of Australian executives with deep experience across mass media, targeted customer marketing and retail marketing from both agency and client sides.

Brett Waters

With deep knowledge of design, pattern making, manufacturing and supply chain processes, Brett brings over 10 years of industry experience to our client projects, including offshore sourcing strategies. Brett has been permanently located with his family in China for the past five years.
